If you don't tank raids, the best is frost morb. Specifically you want to glyph howling blast then open on trash with dnd, howling blast, and blood boil. This spec is easy, fun, does reasonable aoe dps for a DK tank (meaning still not much but whatever), and you can equip a mix of tank and dps gear to give yourself better threat.
